Flexography printing is a modern version of  letterpress printing. This traditional method of printing can be used on almost any type of substrate. Flexographic printing uses flexible photopolymer printing plates wrapped around rotating cylinders on a web press

The inked plates have a slightly raised image and rotate at high speeds to transfer the image to the substrate. Our flexo printing facilities can meet the most demanding customers’ requirements in packaging a wide variety of food, coffee and powdered products. Rely on Sino Flexpak for better quality, quicker turnaround, and superior quality

Printing Processes

Image Preparation and Plate Making

The image is printed as substrate is pulled through a series of stations, or print units. Each print unit is printing a single color.

We are capable to print up to 10 colors on any films/papers/substrates you want.

We are capable to print your bags out in 20-30 days.
